I am excited to see how Ojulari, Smith, and Roche do under Wink as he turned several day 3 and UDFA OLB’s into great players(Za’Darius Smith, Matt Judon, Pernell McPhee, etc) You can never have too many pass rushers as we saw with Strahan, Umenyiora, Tuck, and Kiwanuka and also with Tuck, Umenyiora, and JPP. If Smith develops into that then the Giants are in an enviable position with three good pass rushers. They need a player that can legitimately be the #1 pass rusher on the team. The Giants need to draft another pass rusher. I was a huge fan of Smith in the draft last year and I was absolutely thrilled to land him on day 3. Oh absolutely, you can’t plan on Smith or Roche being the answer opposite Ojulari. That doesn't mean 1 of those guys can't step up and break out unexpectedly, just that it's certainly not a realistic expectation right now. My guess is they add 1 more via the draft and let the 3 young guys compete for the 3rd spot/depth. 3-4 teams generally need 3 or 4 OLB's who play heavy snaps and the only one currently locked into 1 of those spots is Ojulari.
